Some painted Roman Command figures (All figures painted by Mr. Roland Kupski of Germany.)
"I used Osprey "Hannibalīs War with Rome" and books written by Connolly [for reference]. The shields are painted with special pen, in German named "Gel-Stifte", "Gel" means a special kind of thick, but very fluid ink, and the pens are a kind of roller-pen. I felt free to make a little conversion: the poles of the vexilia I have replaced by thinner and longer brass-wire."
