Here's a look at probably the very first set of HO/OO figures. These are the famous Lilliput figures. These are scaled down copies of 1950's Herald plastic figures. At that time Herald was already taken over by Britains so the box and the bottom of the figures are marked Britains. There are 8 poses in all. The figures were sold in this box, as well as in a triangular shaped box and in a tray to be sold as singles (!)
These figures are modern or 50's era British Infantry figures and inspired Airfix's Infantry Combat Group, and here we are......
