Dated: November 17, 2002.
From Chris Arundel of the UK.
"I bought three packs of the HäT Sherman just after release. I've seen a couple of US versions with nice scratch built detail since, but not much interest in British ones. In case you are interested I enclose a few snaps of my own effort.
It represents a Sherman of 2nd Battalion Grenadier Guards, serving with The Guards Armoured Division in NW Europe 1944 and is destined for the wargames table.
The stowage boxes and cammo net are white metal castings from Skytrex, everything else is scratch built from wire, epoxy putty or salvaged from old kits. The turret access hatch is cast from a Fujimi Sherman and rear deck tools are made from stretched sprue and kit number tabs. Model is complete except for squadron tactical signs, but I'm trying to get a definitive answer to where they were actually situated before I apply them."
Many thanks to Mr. Arundel.
