I used some green stuff (GW) to armor the officer from the late roman medium infantry set!

The arm right arm of the Tribune is from the catapult crew miniature, the head is some Italeri Napoleonic British 95th rifle guy. The helmet is his from the original mini, the left arm was green stuffed. Shield is from some missile trooper...

For the standard bearer the original arm was just put back on in another angle, the standard is just painted paper glued to the pole (0.75mm plastic rod) with pva glue.
