Tio Jorge (Part 3)

Hi:
I send you some shots of my latest work. It is about the beginning of the first Saragosse Siege. The common people's uprising against the French invader was spontaneous.
Jorge Ibort, an old farmer, called šTio Jorgeš was a leader joined by some priets, traders and others. In these days General Palafox, left the city to search for reinforcements. The street fighting was confused, but the French army, with little forces, couldn't conquer Saragosse with the first attempt.
