I send you photos of Ukainian cossack, 1696, army of Peter I (the Great) converted from 9002 set. They've got some very specific distinctions: very long moustaches, shaved head except the single and very long wisp of hair on the top of head (it was called "osedelets") , very baggy trousers and a curved sabre (called "shashka").
