1914-1915 Belgian World War One Infantry

Hi all,
These are a simple conversion from the Hat re-issue of the Airfix French Foreign Legion. The kepis were converted to shakos with a deft (or not so deft) swipe of the blade and the neck curtains were carefully removed. Other than that they are perfect for WWI Belgians even down to the unique single ammo pouch. Pity their uniforms are among the least colorful of 1914 uniforms being dark, dark blue and gray, though at least they're not monocrome fieldgray or khaki.
