1870/71 Prussians

1914 German Infantry test shots.
I painted these figures for 1870/71. There are two differences in the uniform. In 1870 the collar was standing, not folded as in 1914. But in 1/72 you won't see this on a bigger
diorama. The more important change was the way to wear the blanket. In 1870 it was worn over the shoulder, while in 1914 you had it around the backbag. So it is nothing for the purist, but it will work with my other converted Airfix 1914 Germans in my 1870 armies.
